Scholarship Overview

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the ASU Mastercard Foundation Innovation and Technology Scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a citizen of an African country committed to ethical leadership and community engagement.
• Must be between 18 y 33 years old as of the application deadline.
• Must demonstrate academic excellence and leadership in their community.
• Should have completed an undergraduate degree by July 2025.
• Should not have begun or completed any other graduate or master’s degree before August 2025.
• Must qualify for admission to their chosen degree, including meeting English proficiency requirements.
