This course will help participants discover, desenvolve, and apply their individual creativity style in a variety of workplace settings. Upon completion of this program, os participantes serão capazes de:
Understand creativity and the impact of creative talent differences;
Leverage their individual creativity style’s strengths, while compensating for its associated weakness,
