Social And Emotional Intelligence (An Introduction)
Here begins the beginning conversation and the introduction to the twin topics of Emotional and Social Intelligence. The key difference between social intelligence and emotional intelligence is that social intelligence is basically a person’s ability to interact with others whereas emotional intelligence is a person’s ability to recognize one’s own feelings and other’s feelings. You may experience a degree of overlap between the two parts of this workshop – and this is normal – as the space between our own behaviors and how we impact others is not a discreet space.
