An introduction to meditation and the connected knowledge about the structure of the human organism. How meditation allows us to touch our innermost being and how that affects the whole. Learn about our hidden potential and how to avtivate it. Treating meditation not as a religious topic but as a fundamental way of being that we all can experience. The class includes aspects of psychology, quatumphysics, the morphogenetic field theory, heart – brain coherence, and basic spirituality. All of these can be experieced through practice and shown tecniques. My goal is to enhance your perception.
