How to be highly creative in your field ?
This course will help participants discover, ontwikkelen, and apply their individual creativity style in a variety of workplace settings. Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
Understand creativity and the impact of creative talent differences;
Leverage their individual creativity style’s strengths, while compensating for its associated weakness,
Engage in more creative problem solving and decision making; and develop and apply more creative approaches to strategic planning and workplace change.
